My walk was a bit longer than the sketch would allow so i turned the card on it's side!
Layers done with white card stock and two patterned papers from a 6x6 pad from Echo Park Paper Co.
The verse is stamped with StazOn jet black ink using a verse from River City Rubber Works.
The main image is by Stampingbella!
I stamed it with the same ink as the verse and colored it using Prisma color pencils.
Is anyone else having trouble with breakage of the "lead" in the Prisma color pencils?
Seems every time I sharpen them, no matter what sharpener I use, they break at least once or sometimes more often.
Seems an awful waste???
Jackie...thank you but the stamp should get the credit!I just love Stampingbella!
ReplyDeleteI love how you rotated the sketch! Great card!
ReplyDeleteI usually copy exact but I needed tha space for the stamp!
DeleteI have been told (and I don't follow this advice) to use a scalpel or sharp knife to sharpen art pencils because a normal sharpener twists and breaks the "lead". Your card is wonderful! Thanks for joining us at CAS(E) This Sketch!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the advice! I will try it, though I'm concerned about cutting myself? I've never been good at whittling!
