Sometimes you have to break the rules (a little)...

Addicted to Stamps Challenge 222...Make your Mark

As in the case of this challenge.

It is a stamp challenge and though I wanted to use just stamps I also wanted to honor the company that is giving the generous prize.

So I started with a white base card and die cut, yes I said die cut, the snow from Paper Smooches "Borders 1" set.

Then I die cut, yes again, the tree from black card stock using the Paper Smooches "Seasonal Tree" set.

I glued on the tree first then the border.

NOW I moved to my stamps...

I stamped the verse from Paper Smooches "Sentiments Sampler" set using StazOn jet black ink.

I used the little birds from Paper Smooches "Feathered Friends" set and stamped them all over the card using StazOn jet black ink.

Once I had the birds dried I colored them using Distress markers.
