Purple and green, isn't just for Halloween...

Okay, so maybe at this time of year it is.

But I went a different way...

I had just received my latest stamps and dies from Lawn Fawn and decided to use the "Dream" set for the feathers.
Then I remembered I had this great verse stamp about feathers, sadly I don't remember what company!

I started with a white base card and layered a piece of purple polka dot card stock from Lasting Impressions.
I also stamped the feathers, using Staz-On black ink, and cut them out on Lasting Impressions purple & Green polka dot.

I made the final layer using white card stock and stamping the verse with Staz-On black ink.
I added the feathers with glue dots.

  1. Oh wow - I really love your feathers - they looks so beautiful cascading down the card. The purple and green colors really pop and work so well for the Purple & Green Theme at Cards in Envy. Thanks for your entry. Take care.

  4. Sorry about that. Let me try this again.

This is such a pretty card, and such a clever take on our CIE purple and greeen challenge. Thanks so much for joining us at Cards in Envy. :)
