Of course by the time the challenges call for Halloween cards I'll be all out of Halloween ideas!!!
This card is easier to show than explain.
The base card is white card stock and the top piece is white card stock as well.
I cut two ghosts out of plastic from a Spellbinders cover using a Sizzix double ghost die.
I used them with the Time Holtz sponge daubers and Distress inks "black soot" & "tumbled glass" to create the top of the card.
With black Staz-On ink, I stamped the "Happy Halloween" from the Inkadinkadoo set "Ghouls & Goblins".
To get the final color on I glued yellow sequins and filled the center with yellow glitter glue.
