Stampendous to the rescue again!!!
This is a bit more traditional than scary but such fun to do.
Stamped with Staz-on. The pumpkins are colored with water color pencils ( I love working with things that I haven't used in a while) then I lightly brought them together with a water color brush.
I stippled the rest.
