The technique for this card was embossing black card stock rubbing it with white ink and then with orange ink.
I used:
Black, orange and white card stock
Lisa Horton Crafts 3D embossing folder “September-Zinnia”
Hero Arts unicorn ink
Distress Oxide carved pumpkin ink
