When I was a little girl my Dad brought both my Mom and I heart boxes with shiny gold ribbons for Valentine’s Day!
The card stocks for the base card are burgundy, white and metallic gold.
On water color paper I stamped the image and sentiment from Colorado Craft Company Anita Jeram “Ever Thine” that I colored with watercolor pencils and gold gel pen for that shiny look.
