This is my third and last entry for this challenge.
I used two polka dot card stocks and one white.
On water color paper I stamped the image and sentiment from Colorado Craft Company Anita Jeram “Too Cute To Spook” colored with watercolor pencils.
I die cut them with circle dies and glued them to the card front.
Oh yes, your kitty is way too cute to spook!!
