Trying some old water colored paper I had…at least I thought it was watercolor paper but it didn’t say that on the packaging.
But when I tried it, it worked out fine.
Though the pencils are not my favorite.
The base card is burgundy checked card stock.
On the watercolor paper I stamped the image and sentiment from Penny Black and watercolored it with Hobby Lobby watercolor pencils.
