This is what happens when you go to Hobby Lobby and they have a package of puffy frames on clearance…you buy them!
The base card is black card stock.
The background is Tim Holtz Ideaology patterned paper blackened using Distress black soot around the edge with Distress ink.
I sprayed it with fixative to keep the crayon on the frame.
I die cut a ghost using Tum Holtz “Frightful Things” and attached the prism paper before gluing them to the card front.m both to a
