It had to be another Halloween card!
The base card is white card stock with a layers of black card stock.
The background is a Distress ink background.
The ghosts, Recollections, were stamped on white card stock and trimmed out and glued on.
The sentiment from My Favorite Things was stamped with Hero Arts unicorn ink on white card stock.
I cut them into strips and flagged the ends with scissors.
