Picked out the colors I could see for this challenge.
The base card is white card stock with a layer of black card stock.
The blue background is water color paper with Distress ink water colored on it.
With red card stock and Tim Holtz “brickwork” embossing folder I created the wall and distressed it with Distress ink.
On white card stock I stamped the ghost from Tim Holtz “Halloween Doodles” and the cat from a Tim Holtz Halloween set.
I colored the cat’s eyes, trimmed them out and glued them to the card front.
To finish I stamped the sentiment from the same set as the cat.
