Had not planned on doing this challenge, then I was looking through my 12 x12 papers and found this feather paper and couldn’t resist!
The base card is white card stock with a strip of black card stock.
Using a strip of the patterned paper and the hello die, unknown company, I cut it out and layered it onto the second half of the die set cut from black card stock and layered it onto the feather strip on the card.
