Not every Christmas card has to be red and green!
The base card is black card stock with a layer of gold linen card stocks.
On white card stock I created a background with Distress ink black soot.
This I die cut with Tim Holtz “Swirling Stars” and glued it to the card front.
Next I stamped the sentiment from Tim Holtz “Cozy Christmas”.
To finish I die cut the black card stock with a die from “Vault Christmas Magic” and glued it to the card front.

Love the look of that Gold linen cardstock, Arlene! It makes a great background for your inked black front panel with the stars showing through and Santa flying by on his sleigh! Thanks for joining us at Inkspirational: Seeing Stars! Julia xx
ReplyDeleteThis a beautiful version of a Christmas card in non traditional colors. I like how the swirl of stars brighten up the night sky for Santa. Thanks for sharing with us at Inkspirational!
