This vellum creation came about while I watched a YouTube about using embossing folders.
The base card is kraft card stock .
Next a layer of white card stock that I stamped the sentiment from Impression Obsession.
Using plain vellum and a Tim Holtz acorn embossing folder I created the images then applied Ranger “Perfect Medium” ink then heat embossed it with Distress embossing powders.
I used a full piece of double back tape to apply the strip of embossed vellum and glued two strips of dark brown card stock on either side.
Vellum and embossingfolders, what a great idea! Beautiful card. Thank you for joining us at CAS on Friday1
ReplyDeleteA very beautiful card, great use of the vellum
ReplyDeleteA fabulous result from using the vellum in an embossing folder, and then heat embossing over it - amazing.
