Having retired from library life just over ten years ago I just had to do this challenge.
The base card is white card stock with a layer of black and red card stocks.
The main panel is white card stock die cut using Waffle Flowers “Postage Collage” die.
I used Waffle Flowers “postage Collage” stencil and “Simple Shelves Stencil Duo” with Distress inks.
The sentiment came from Lawn Fawn sets…
