Hint…when using patterned paper for layers it’s better to have the thinner paper versus card stock.
The base card is white card stock but the layer for my card are from Colobok neutral 6’x6’ craft paper.
The sentiment is from Newton’s Nook Designs “Newton’s Birthday Balloons”.
On more white card stock i stamped the image from the set, colored it with Copic markers and cut it out with a craft knife.
