jack-o-lantern….

Making backgrounds is awesome with watercolors.
The base card is grey linen card stock with black card stock and the watercolored watercolor paper.
Next I stamped the sentiment from Colorado Craft Company “Scary Pumpkin”.
The bat, Colorado Craft Company Anita Jeram “A Little Batty Mini” was stamped on watercolor paper and watercolored with watercolor pencils.
Then I die cut it with the coordinating die and foam taped it to the card front.

  2. What a great card, Arlene! Watercolors are something that I haven't experimented with since my college days. I guess I must give it a try sometime. I love working with watercolor paper, but don't even actually own any watercolors. You've inspired me! Thanks for sharing with us at TOB.
