Seeing all the tiny little florals on the mood board made me think of the tiny postage die, stencils and stamps from Waffle Flower.
I made the “stamp” using those items.
The base card is blue card stock with a white card stock “envelope” stamped with sentiments from Avery Elle “Inside Birthday Greetings”.
