Making water colored backgrounds are so much fun for me.
The base card is white card stock.
On water color paper I used gold, yellow and blue water color pencils and then watercolored them.
Once dry I sponged white gouache paint in a line where they met to make the surface.
To finish I stamped the sentiment from Technique Tuesday.
