I decided to exchange the balloons with fish!
The base card is kraft cards stock.
There is a layer of aqua card stock.
The background was made with Distress inks.
I stamped the sentiment from Paper Smooches “Sentiment Sampler” and drew the lines with a black marker.
Using Impression Obsessions “Little Fishes” dies I cut an alcohol inks background and gled them to the card front.
Love the background and all the little fishies!! Cute card!
