Having fun with Tim Holtz stencils.
The base card is white card stock with a layer of black card stock.
I applied plum Distress ink to the watercolor paper panel.
I laid a stencil over it and used a baby wipe to remove some of the color.
Next i applied pink Distress ink.
To finish I stamped the image from Technique Junkies.
The black silhouette and sentiment are lovely on your vibrant background. The sentiment is a really uplifting one. Thanks for joining us at Color Hues!
