Luckily I didn’t donate this embossing folder in my mad frenzy to clean out my crafting supplies!
The base card is white card stock with a layer of gold metallic card stock.
Using a very old Stampin’ Up poinsettia embossing folder I applied Hero Arts unicorn ink to one side then ran it through the embossing machine with red card stock.
Next I applied gold gel pen to the dots on the embossed piece.
To finish I die cut the sentiment from Stampin’ Up “Wondrous Wreath” set using gold metallic card stock.
A wonderful use of the embossing folder and ink for this fabulous card - a stunning result

That's a gorgeous EF, Arlene, I wouldn't have parted with it either! Your card is lovely, and I really like the intensity of the colours and the pattern - really packs a fabulous pop of colour. Thanks for joining Bobby and me at The Christmas Kickstart Challenge, Jo x
ReplyDeleteThat white ink worked beautifully to make the poinsettias pop, Arlene. Adding the gold adds even another pop. Such an eye-catching card. Thanks for sharing it with us at Christmas Kickstart.
