Using stamps that I will soon be donating to the local craft resale store.
The base card is black card stock with a white strip of card stock.
I cut out a red heart with a heart die and stamped it with white ink using a stamp from Technique Tuesday “Smooch”.
On white card stock I stamped the images from Stampingbella “Little Bits Winter Collection Sledding” and colored them with Copic markers.
To finish I trimmed the images and attached them to the heat before foam taping them to the white card stock strip.
