My “new” every January is to create new knit hats and scarves with new yarn to donate to the homeless in our area.
This year especially they are needed with the temperatures being so low!
The base card is black card stock with a layer of grey and one of black card stock.
The main panel is water color paper with Distress water color pencils applied for a soft snow and sky look.
On more water color paper I stamped the Penny Black”Frosty’s Snow” and water colored him with Distress water color pencils.
Once dry I die cut him out and foam taped him to the card front.
To finish I stamped the sentiment from Penny Black “Sympathy Set”.
