gulp…

and

Thanks to Topflight Stamps, a sponsor, getting my stamp set, purchased during the hop at a discount, to me quickly I was able to do a card with one of the fantastic Hobby Art stamp sets before the hop ended.
The set is English so it’s mostly about Christmas but here in the states we have our turkey for Thanksgiving and this guy is hiding in the giant coffee mug!
The base card is black card stock with a layer of kraft card stock that I embossed with the Cuttlebug “Chicken Wire” embossed folder.
I water colored a background and die cut it with Picket Fence Studios “Coffee Mug” die set and I cut another with black card stock for the handle.
On the mug I stamped the sentiment from Hobby Art “Quirky Turkey”.
On white card stock I stamped the turkey head from the set, colored it with Copic markers, trimmed it out with scissors and attached it to the mug.
The whole piece I foam taped to the card front.
