No wheels on this card but there is washi tape!
The base card is white cards tock with a layer of gold metallic paper.
On the main white card stock panel I applied gold glitter washi tape.
Then I ran the piece through the Vagabond with Cuttlebug’s “Juli’s Garden” embossing folder.
To finish I die cut the sentiment using dies from Tim Holtz “Celebration Words: Script” from more gold metallic paper and multiple pieces of white card stock, glued them together and then onto the card front.
Simply fabulous - love that embossing folder.
