This balloon was created in a different way than I have ever tried.
I bought a cheap stencil at the local Dollar Tree store that had travel stencils.
On water color paper I drew around the inside of the stencil with Lyra Aquacolor crayons.
Next I watercolored it an allowed it to dry.
The base card is white card stock with a layer of black card stock.
I finished the card with a sentiment from Paper Smooches “Happy Travels” set.
Fabulous use of your watercolour crayons Arlene, and a stunning card as a result.
