What fun this little pup is having!
The base card is white card stock with a layer of black card stock.
Using a piece of rainbow striped patterned paper I stamped the sentiment from Colorado Craft Company Anita Jeram “”What This!”.
On water color paper I stamped the image from that set and paper pieced another piece of the striped paper to the ball under the pup.
Next I water colored the pup with Distress water color pencils.
Once dry I cut out the entire piece and applied it to the card front with an action wobble.
Such a cheerful and fun card, Arlene - it gave me a great smile with the dog draped over the ball, and the matching punny sentiment
