Just love when a challenge pops up that I can use for cards for my friends.
I needed to make Hanukkah cards for a friend and her Mom and had just the right supplies to do it!
The base card is white card stock with a layer of blue card stock.
Using sliver metallic paper I embossed it with a snowflake Paper Studio embossing folder, trimmed it to fit the sketch and backed it with white card stock before applying it ti the card front.
Using more blue card stock and the Lawn Fawn “Quilted Backdrop” die I cut a piece and trimmed it down to apply to the card front.
To finish I stamped the sentiment from Lawn Fawn “I Love You a Latke” with Hero Arts white ink on more blue card stock, trimmed it down, backed it with white card stock and foam taped it to the card front.
What a wonderful and quite dramatic card Arlene - great use of the sketch

Arlene, I love the texture you created with the embossed snowflakes. Fabulous Hannukah card. So glad you shared this beauty with us at The Paper Players this week
