Here I am feeling sad that there’s only one more day of camp tomorrow.
Camp gets me so excited to play with new and old techniques in different ways and I miss it when it closes.
I tried two cards today…
I went through my MFT dies and decided that “Stitched Ric-Rac” would work best of what I had.
The base card is white card stock.
On both cards I used the die to cut paper from MFT “Over the Rainbow” paper pack and glued them next to each other.
O the top card I had drawn a line with pencil first to keep them even.
On black card stock I stamped the sentiment from MFT “Rainbows & Unicorns” set with Versamark ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder.
These I cut into strips and applied to the cards.
To finish the upper card I cut a cloud of white card stock using a die from “Straight-Up Rainbow”, trimmed off the edge and applied it to the card front.
One more day of camp and I will start counting dow to next year!
Love your take on today's Camp Create!
ReplyDeleteThis is so good. I actually had the same idea on the rick rack. So glad I looked to see what everyone else was doing. I was even going to make the rainbow colors. Good minds and all that. I'm going to put my hand to some flowers in a bit now. Nice job on your card. [Bunny]
