Somewhere I saw the idea to leave an image black and white and put color over it!
The card is white card stock that I stamped with images from MFT Stamps “Up in the Air” using Memento tuxedo black ink.
I used masks made from post it notes but I added mailing tape over them, as per the hint I saw in Jennifer McGuire’s latest video.
Next I stnciled the balloons in primary colors using MFT Stencil “Big Balloon”.
To finish I stamped the sentiment from the same set with the Momento ink.
