To many people this card may seem to be odd because it looks like an August or September card.
However here in our area, today, we are finally having the kids, mostly, go back to full week school!
The base card is black card stock.
On the white panel I stenciled Distress Oxide faded jeans and mowed lawn inks through a piece of vellum that I had cut with an oval die.
On another piece of white card stock I stamped the images from Lawn Fawn’s “Tiny Friends”, “Village Heros” and “Happy Village” using Memento tuxedo black ink and colored them with Copic markers.
I trimmed them out with scissors and glue dotted them to the card front.
To finish I stamped the sentiment from Lawn Fawn’s “Happy Village” with the same ink on the card front.
I think it's adorable. I actually feel like we have parents pushing them on the bus because they are tired of spending time together, lol.
