garden bloom...

Yesterday I took the morning with a cup of coffee and watched this video...
In the video was the idea for making flowers.
Though I didn’t have everything that he used I did the best I could with what I had.
Here is my list of supplies...
SideKick
Sizzix Tim Holtz “Small Tattered Florals”
Assorted Lasting Impressions embossing stylus’
A mouse pad
The papers for the flowers...
Water color card stock
Distress inks bundled sage and rustic wilderness
Distress inks kitch flamingo and tattered rose
Distress inks hickory smoke and brushed corduroy
That is what I used to make the branch leaves and flowers for the card.
The base card is pink card stock with a layer of kraft card stock and one of cream card stock with brown flecks.
I applied the branch, leaves and flowers with glue dots.
The sentiment from Birch Press Design was stamped with Distress ink brushed corduroy.
To finsih I applied the wood dots to the flower centers.
