25 days of Christmas Tags...Day 8

WOW...I am finally caught up on the 25 Days of Christmas Tag challenge!

This post is inspired by the tag from Tracey McNeely, our hostess for this challenge.

The only Christmas stamp I have of Avery Elle comes from The Stamping Village “Holiday Seals” and it needed some craft knife surgery to get the image for the tag.

Using a die from Sunny Studios “Build-A-Tag #1” I cut one from the beige squared card stock and two from white card stock.

With a scalloped stitched die from Newton’s Nook Designs “Fancy Edges Tag Die” I cut two snow mounds.

With a black watercolor marker I stamped the sentiment from the Avery Elle seal to the snow mound with Memento tuxedo black ink.

On a piece of heavier white card stock I stamped the moose with the same ink and colored him with Copic markers.

Now the fun, with a craft knife and my self healing mat I cut out the moose.

The moose and snow mounds were glued to the tag.
