I took some artistic license with the casing of the card but I wanted the tree to look like it was in front of a snowy sky!
The base card is white card stock with a strip of navy blue card stock and a piece of patterned paper with snowflakes.
From light kraft card stock, the closest I had to “crumb cake” and die cut it with Impression Obsessions tree die.
Once I glued this to the card front I die cut the sentiment from more navy blue card stock with a die from Impression Obsessions sentiment set.
To finish I glued that to the card front.
You may have taken liberties with your CASE of the card Arlene, but it is a wonderful elegant result. Loving how you have used the colour palette too.

It's very pretty Arlene! The swirls behind the bare tree really give it a wintery feel. Thanks so much for playing along with us at the CC&S challenge blog.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I love it. The background paper really helps to feel the movement of the wind. Thanks so much for joining us this week at CC&S
