The two items I used for this set are both over a year old.
The card is white card stock.
Onto the card stock I stamped an image and sentiment from Penny Black “be very scared!!” (2010) using MFT extreme black hybrid ink and colored them with Copic markers.
I made a mask for the image from a post-it note.
I covered that with a TCW Stencil “Aspen Trees” (2012) and stenciled with Distress black soot ink.
WOO HOO!! I'm so happy to see a Halloween card on our RETRO RUBBER gallery, I love it!!!
ReplyDeleteThe kitty is indeed frightened by this fun pumpkin balloon.
Love your trees in the background.
Thank you for playing along and for giving us the age of your stamp, hope you join us next time.

Love how you combined the tree background and the Scaredy Cat image. What a fun card!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! I love the way that the forest disappears part way down the page. The sponging of the stencil gives a soft look that really lets the cat shine. Thanks for joining us at Retro Rubber Challenge.
