thinking of you...

Such fun to have a bunch of remade back ground pieces that you can use for any car making.
In this case the background piece is made with water color paper, water and Distress Oxide seedless preserve, rusty hinge and crushed olive inks.
The base card is white card stock with a layer of olive green card stock.
Next the background piece.
Then another piece of white card stock that I die cut with Sunny Studios “Frilly Frames-Retro Petals”.
To finish I stamped the sentiment from The Stamping Village  “Thinking of Yo “ set using the Avery Elle sentiment.
After stamping it on the olive card stock with Versamark ink I heat embossed it with white embossing powder and die cut the heart with MFT Die-a mics “Pierced Heart STAX” and foam taped it to the card front.

  1. A beautiful card Arlene, and I love how you have used the background piece of water coloured card. The olive green of the heart is the perfect foil
