in my thoughts...

I find it so odd that when I went to put this card together I found I had no sea shell punches or stickers or stencils or stamps or dies...
Instead I went with what looks like a wave...to me.
The base card is kraft card stock with a layer of white card stock that I stamped the image from Concord & Ninth “Lace Leaf Stamps” using Distress mermaid lagoon and salty ocean inks.
This I spritzed before stamping.
On another piece of kraft card stock I stamped the sentiment from The Stamping Village “Thinking of You” set by Concord & Ninth with Distress picket fence ink.
These I cut out and foam squared to the card front.

  1. Love your card Arlene - the 'wave' looks to me like one of those elongated twisty shells - certainly still something nautical :), and the sentiment treatment is lovely

  2. Amazing card, Arlene ! You may not have any stamp, or die, or stencil about sea but you’ve made such a beautiful take on our inspirational photo. You see a wave and I see a gorgeous blue shell. Love it ! Thanks so much for sharing and for playing along at ATSM. x
