My eldest works for the postal service and I couldn’t be prouder in this time of craziness.
Between sending out masks, cards and gifts (for my youngest in quarantine in his group home), I truly appreciate the postal service!
The base card is kraft card stock.
The main piece is watercolor paper that I crumpled then I crumpled and hit the high spots with Distress walnut stain ink.
Next I spritzed the piece then ironed it.
To finish I used a sponge to apply Distress wild honey ink.
I trimmed it down and stamped the image from Penny Black “facebook friends” using Distress Archival ground espresso ink.
I colored the letter with a Copic marker.
This piece I layered to dark brown card stock and applied to the card front.
The sentiment from Penny Black’s “heartfelt” set was stamped with the Distress Archival ink.
Beautiful background and lovely silhouette images. Thank you for joining our 'For boys and Men' challenge at Penny Black and More.

this is such a brilliant design. Your background looks like old parchment paper. Thanks so much for sharing with us at Penny Black & More.
