There is a story behind this set of cards and it starts at the last meeting of our Card Ministry Group for 2019.
We have been trying to figure out what John Q. Public desires in cards.
The cards are placed in the church after service with a place for donations, which pay for the postage to send the “Thinking Of You” cards to shut ins.
The conversation was going on when I got this idea to make one image of a card but place different sentiments on them!
Using white and black card stock I cut them to make the above card.
On the main piece I stamped the lamb from MFT Stamps “Ewe Are The Best” with MFT extreme black hybrid ink and colored with Copic markers.
The sentiment from the same set was stamped with the same ink.
With MFT Mix-ables “Big Balloon” Stencil, Distress picked raspberry ink and a makeup brush I stenciled the balloon.
I will post the rest of the cards from the set below with the items I used for them underneath.
All inking was with the ink used above as well as the Copics.
