This stamp set has been in my collection for about two years and I have wanted to play with it ever since I bought it at a garage sale!
Today I pulled it out with some water color paper and stamped the maple leaf from the. Stampin’ Up “Lightherted Leaves” set with Memento rich cocoa ink.
Once it was thoroughly dry I water colored it with Distress inks mustard seed and candied apple using my water color brush.
I wanted more richness to it so I went in while the leaves were still wet and floated some Distress markers in the same colors.
To finish I stamped the sentiment from the same set with the Memento ink.
