and
One of my dearest librarian friends gave me a stack of wonderful books when my granddaughter was born.
One of the ones I had to read over and over was...
So for these challenges that is the book I used.
The base card is white card stock with a layer of teal card stock.
From assorted patterned and plain card stocks i die cut the cats using Impression Obsession’s DIE083-K die and stacked them to the card front with glue dots.
The sentiments was de cut from black card stock with Impression Obsession’s DIE378-E die and glued to the front of the card.
On the inside I stamped “it’s your birthday!” (unknown company) with StazOn jet black ink.
Wow! That's a stack I would have loved to see in real life!! There would be so many fuzzy cuddly cats!! Love how you made the card using the cat silhouettes and the teal background looks great against all the pattern die cuts - love the color combo! Thanks for joining us at Seize the Birthday challenge!
ReplyDeletePS: Would have probably loved to read the book as well!!
What a fun and fabulous card Arlene - and I love the title of the book you were inspired by.
