Tic Tac Toe across the top.
Though my green is a little darker.
The base card is white linen card stock.
On a piece of water color paper I placed the Tim Holtz “Lace Layering Stencil” over it and smashed Distress crayons blueprint sketch, peeled paint and aged mahogany.
I removed the stencil and applied water with my fingers to smoosh out the color.
I dried it with my heat tool and to “de-sticky” it a rubbed my static bag over it.
On a strip of burgundy card stock I stamped the hello from Tim Holtz “Glorious Bouquet” with Versamark ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder before applying it to the card front.
