another found set...

 and

Here is a set that I purchased a very long time ago.
I stamped up the girl, MFT Stamps “”You’re Super”, on several styles of white card stock.
Last nigh I was sitting coloring in some pre-stamped images with my Chameleon pens and found this little cutie.
She reminded me so much of my granddaughter that I colored her in my granddaughters favorite colors.
This morning I decided to do a few challenges before breakfast and when I went in my craft room there was pink, funky patterned paper that my granddaughter had been playing with!
So the card is white linen card stock with the “funky” pink patterned paper next.
The verses from MFT Stamps “You’re Super” are stamped with Gina K amalgam ink.
I trimmed out the girl with scissors and went around all her edges with Prismacolor Premier black brush tip marker to get ride of the white edges.
Then I used glue dots to apply her to the front of the card!

  1. What a serendipitous find - both the paper and the image that reminded you of your grand daughter, Arlene. A fabulous card as a result.

  2. I love when pieces of a card just "happen" to come together so perfectly. It's so sweet that you made this card, inspired by your grand-daughter. Thanks for joining us at Addicted to Stamps and More!
