Playing with the background piece first for this challenge I used white card stock and stamped the Tim Holtz “Road Trip” map with Distress Paint picket fence.
Next I sponged Distress inks (wild honey, walnut stain, rusty hinge) and wiped off a bit wth a damp cloth.
Setting that aside I stamped the car from the same set onto kraft card stock withDistress Archival black soot ink.
On a kraft card stock base card I layered black card stock and then the “map”.
I trimmed out the card with scissors and a craft knife before attaching it to the card front with glue dots.
To finish the card I stamped the verse from Tim Holtz “Cling Stamp-Saying Stuff” with the Archival ink.
Oh I just love this card. That vintage car is really catching my eye! Very nice work I must say.
