a different get well...

After making a bunch of get well cards for the card ministry I belong to I decided to make one that could have been sent to my Dad when he had his first heart attack some 50 years ago.
This worked well for this challenge as I was able to make a heart frame.
The base card is white card stock with a fine strip of black card stock.
Using two of the MFT Die-namics “Pierced Heart STAX” dies I cut out the frame in black.
I cut another heat from heart with the same set .
Before attaching the frame to the red heart I die cut another piece of black card stock with the Paper Smooches “Border 1” set.
Then using a self healing mat, clear ruler and my craft knife I cut it out.
Once it was all cut I glued it to the card and stamped the  verse from Lawn Fawn’s “Hang In There” set with StazOn jet black ink.
