What a coincidence that the day I see this challenge is also the day my Life in the Finger Lakes magazine came with a story about
a pioneer of abstract art.
Turns out he lived not far from me in Geneva, NY!
In the article was a picture of one of his paintings so I drew inspiration from it and tried to make it CAS.
The base card is black card stock.
The main piece is white card stock with a "sun" that I drew on with Prisma Color Premiere 01 black pen, then colored with Prisma pencils.
After applying that to the card front I cut strips of grey card stock and glued those to the top of the card and a piece of trimmed black card stock to the bottom.
