This card is made of a card stock that's white with grey specks.
The moon is made by die cutting a circle and placing it on the front of the base card then sponging Distress Oxide black soot ink over the front.
You can also rip a piece of scrap paper and move it as you sponge to get the streaky sky effect.
Remove the moon mask and stamp the verse from Impression Obsession's CL487 The Moon using StazOn jet black ink.
