The base card is kraft card stock.
To the base card I stamped "Starry Night" by Hero Arts using Colorbox frost white ink.
There is also the white ink sponged around the outside edge.
The "peace"(unknown company) was stamped on the card front with StazOn timber brown ink.
To finish it off I applied a little clear Wink of Stella to the star in the East.
